I tutor students for the ACT and SAT full time and all year long; I also take the ACT 3 times each year and score in the 99th percentile, so I know what I am talking about. I am always searching for great new resources to use with my students, so I was looking forward to receiving this "book" (more like a 31 page pamphlet). Despite its few pages, I still thought there could be a few nuggets of wisdom to gain and share with students, especially since the author is well educated and the owner of a test prep consultancy---you certainly would think that something valuable would be found in the pages given her background. This supplement uses the practice tests in the Real ACT Prep Guide so you have to purchase that as well. I found the daily schedule to be really useful. It was a lot of work but it was worth it.
Outstanding Study Manual!,

We bought this manual for our daughter and she used the printed schedule as a study guide. We never expected perfect scores. In fact, we are more than happy with the five-point improvement over her last ACT. (Not sure why the bad review criticizes the book on behalf of high scorers--it doesn't say that students will achieve perfect scores.) We found that this manual provided an excellent self-study schedule for our daughter. Highly, highly recommend!
