I bought this book based on the fact it had computer tests along with written tests. When you use their tech support site, it becomes apparent the disc was released with problems. Every version of Windows has a fix, except Windows 7. They haven't worked that one out yet.
When you call and select customer support, your call ends in a disconnect. When you call the operator, she gives you another number that also disconnects you. I left tech support an email, fifteen days later they responded by asking me to send them the exact error message. (I had already returned the product.)
