Good for studying, but primarily the math section. This book helps in the aspect of identifying your strong points and week points prior to stepping into the realm of the exam and what you need to work on. Definitely recommended reading.

I believe this will be helpful. If nothing else this book is a wonderful review of that which we learned long ago.
