Physics is a pretty difficult subject to me, especially with all the conceptuals. My school gave me a Barron's physics book, but they assume you know the material already, or they don't really explain in detail. Kaplan's SAT physics hits every topic you need to know and simplifies everything for you. It's a little long, but there shouldn't be any reason why you couldn't do well on the SATs after reviewing from this.

1.0 out of 5 stars Errors; not a good predictor of what's on the test, December 5, 2009

This review is from: Kaplan SAT Subject Test: Physics 2009-2010 Edition (Kaplan SAT Subject Tests: Physics) (Paperback)
Using this for review for her test, my daughter found some errors in the book. Generally minor though still very annoying, they appear to be "typos", but in formulas (e.g., leaving out an "m" in an equation, or giving an obviously wrong answer due to an arithmetic mistake in an example), as if there was no knowledgeable proofreading of the text. Also, the actual SAT test asked questions that were sometimes harder (more in-depth) than the review content of this book and its sample tests. Finally, the distribution of questions among topics that was listed in the book did not seem to correspond to the actual SAT test.
