Kaplan SAT Subject Test World History 2010-2011 Edition (Kaplan SAT Subject Tests: World History)

I got it about a month before the SAT2. it's great. Has all the info. After i took the test, i went and looked back at all the questions i remembered from the test in the Kaplan book, and saw every single bit of info was there. Very organized. very well done. Perfect for the kid dedicated thats trying to break a 650, 700. If ur going for an 800, ur prob betterr offf w/ BArrons. otherwise, DO NOT GET BARRONS. Barrons is loaded with excessive info and details which arent worth memorzing. unless u spend three hours a day studying for a couple months before the test, dont get it. Use the time u have for memorizing the important, main info, and reviewing it; not memoring the minor details, which should come after fully memorizing the main stuff. And the BArrons review tests are Sooooo inaccurate, and way too hard. I got both barrons and kaplan, and im telling u barrons is a mistake. i never opened it more than once. once again, Kaplan is the best if ur looking to break 650-700-even750...Read more

My son's teacher recommended (actually required) this particular book to his class. He used it and did very well on the World History SAT test. He also does well in that class, and, I think the combination of studying or using this book accompanied with class work was very good in helping him on the SAT for World History.
