1.0 out of 5 stars Buying This Book Was a Horrible Mistake, July 6, 2011

This book is not worth it. If you're buying it because you haven't taken math in awhile (which I'm sure is the case for almost everybody), don't even bother. It's filled with mistakes that are extremely confusing and make the book hard to follow. I had to return it from where I bought it from because it just wasn't usable after catching at least 3 or 4 mistakes and bought the Kaplan version instead.

2.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointing, June 26, 2011

After browsing through several New GRE math workbooks, I decided to purchase Princeton Review's because of its format. It's easy to read, to the point, and breaks down each type of problem in steps that you can use all the way through the test. Great! So why am I disappointed? The book is riddled with mathematical errors/typos that even I as a math dunce can recognize.
Fix the problems PR and I will be a fan... until then, I'll stick with books that I don't have to spend a higher percentage of time trying to decide if the problem is written correctly than I spend actually learning how to do the problem.

The book is pretty frustrating. It is riddled with mistakes, making it very difficult to follow the concepts being explained to.
