This was a required text for one of my classes, and I was not impressed. Much of it was common knowledge on study habits and how to stay healthy. It's level doesn't quite scream college to me, although it did contain some interesting facts and methods.

Most of material in this text is easily accessed online, so it's really a joke to have to purchase this text for an undergraduate coure. I daresay you'll still need it, though, for test-purposes if you happen to be in a class that uses this text. It
Otherwise, shipping and billing all went smoothly and the book arrived as planned.
Also, the pictures and illustrations in this book are really dated.
